- Prices are per person, per night, including breakfast. Local tourism tax of € 3.25 per person (ages 15 and up) per night charged separately.
- Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room from € 20 per night, subject to availability.
- Dogs only by prior arrangement since only a limited number can be accommodated at the same time. A fee of € 15 per day (without food) applies for your four-legged friend. We provide a dog blanket and water bowl for the duration of the stay.
- All our rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged for non-compliance.
- Our prices are “from” rates. Surcharges may apply for short stays or weekend bookings.
GREAT DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN STAYING IN A SUITE WITH 2 FULL-PAYING ADULTS:
- Children under 3 years of age are free
- Children ages 3-14 just € 30 per night incl. breakfast (sleeping in a rollaway bed)
- Ages 15 and up: 50% discount on a rollaway bed
- Crib/cot: € 10 by advance arrangement (you are also welcome to bring your own crib, of course)
- No additional beds are possible in a double room except for cribs/cots
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Your room is available for check-in after 3 p.m. on your arrival day. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. On departure day, please check out of your room by no later than 10:30 a.m.

Cash, EC-card, VISA and MasterCard
A bank transfer is required for the booking deposit.
GENERAL CANCELATION CONDITIONS:
Cancelations are handled in accordance with the General Cancelation Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
What this means for you in the event of cancelation:
- more than 4 weeks before arrival: free
- up to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total cost of your stay as a cancelation fee
- up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost of your stay as a cancelation fee
- fewer than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total cost of your stay as a cancelation fee
