Prices include breakfast, but do not include the local tourism tax of € 3,25 per person and night from 15 years.
Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room € 20,- per person and night. Only possible on request.
Dogs are allowed only with advanced notification. Only a limited number of dogs are allowed in the hotel. For your four-legged friend (only dog) we charge € 12,- per day, food not included. Dog planket and water bowl will be provided during your stay.
Our rooms are non-smoking. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning charge of € 50,-.
Great children's discounts when staying in a suite with 2 full-paying guests:
- children under 3 are free
- children ages 3-14 pay only € 27,- per night, breakfast included, only in additional bed
- ages 15 and older: 50% discount sleeping, only in additional bed
- cot/crib per night € 10,- with pre-order before arrival (you are also welcome to bring your own travel-cot for free)
No additional beds are possible in our double rooms only cots.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Your room is available for check-in on arrival day after 3 p.m. On departure day, we kindly request that you check out of your room lates by 10:30 a.m.
Payment:
Cash, debit card, VISA or MasterCard
A deposit by means of electronic funds transfer is required in order to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Conditions:
All cancellations are handled in accordance with General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
In the event of cancellation, this would mean for you:
no charge more than 4 weeks prior to arrival
40% of the booking cost up to 14 days prior to arrival
70% of the booking cost up to 7 days prior to arrival
90% of the booking cost less than 7 days prior to arrival
